Diversity Champion of the Year - Health & Safety
An award for an individual, male ally, team, or organisation initiating and leading action(s) to remove barriers, improve the working experience, engagement levels of employees and create an environment where individuals feel a sense of belonging, this award is to recognise those committed to developing an environment which promotes equality of opportunity, values, and diversity.

Health & Safety Administrator of the Year
This category is designed to recognise an individual who has gone above and beyond supporting and engaging with different parts of an organisation. This outstanding person holds the business together with their support, consistency, hard work and dedication.
You can submit up to two (2) supporting materials in the form of documents or videos. This can include third party references or press releases if you feel they will support the application.
Please note that any supporting evidence must have taken place since 1st January 2025.
Health & Safety Industry Woman of the Year
This category is designed to recognise a female health and safety professional who made a significant contribution to the implementation or enhancement of health, safety or wellbeing standards within either their own or a client organisation or a woman working within the health and safety sector who has made a significant contribution to their organisation.
The individual must work within an organisation that is within the health and safety sector OR they must have made a significant contribution to the introduction and promotion of standards within the health, safety or wellbeing since 1 January 2025. Any person accomplishments prior to this date are not relevant and will not be eligible for entry.
Inclusive Company Award - Health & Safety
This category is designed to recognise a company or collective who have taken proactive steps to help continuously improve diversity and culture within the industry. You can submit up to two (2) supporting materials in the form of documents or videos.
This can include third party references or press releases if you feel they will support the application.
Please note that any supporting evidence must have taken place since 1st January 2025.
Leader in Health & Safety Consultancy Award
This award recognises an individual working in H&S consultancy who has made a significant impact on improving professional standards. Through their involvement in key projects, development of practical solutions, or delivery of expert guidance, they have demonstrated leadership, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. Respected by peers as a role model, their work has not only enhanced safety outcomes but also supported the growth and competency of others within the H&S profession.

This category is designed to recognise a female health and safety professional who stands above the rest in terms of leadership for H&S management in their business or the sector as a whole.
The individual must work within an organisation that is within the health and safety sector OR they must have made a significant contribution to the introduction and promotion of standards within the health, safety or wellbeing since 1 January 2025.
Leader in Health & Safety Training Award
This category is designed to recognise a female health and safety professional who stands above the rest in terms of leadership in H&S training.
The individual must work within an organisation that provides H&S training.
Leader in Health & Safety in Manufacturing Award
This category is designed to recognise a female who stands above the rest in terms of leadership in relation to H&S in the manufacturing sector.
The individual must work either within a H&S team for a manufacturer or work at a company that manufactures H&S products.
Leader in Health & Safety in Public Sector Award
This award recognises an individual who has made a significant and lasting impact on health and safety within the public sector.
Through their involvement in critical projects, implementation of innovative solutions, or leadership in key initiatives, they have driven positive change and raised professional standards.
Mental Health & Wellbeing Advocate of the Year
This category is designed to recognise a female health who has gone above and beyond to champion mental health and wellbeing.
Product/Solution Innovation Award for Women at Work
This category recognises a product/solution that has either advanced protecting women in the workplace or improved standards of health and wellbeing for women in the workplace.
Rising Star Award
This category is designed to recognise a female health and safety professional who has made a significant contribution to the implementation or enhancement of health, safety or wellbeing standards within either their own or a client organisation.
They must not have been in post prior to 1 January 2025.
Unsung Hero Award
This category looks to recognise an individual who has gone above and beyond to raise health and safety standards or who has worked tirelessly within an organisation in the sector.
Lifetime Achievement Award
Winner is decided by our panel of judges and revealed on the night at the awards ceremony.
